How to Change Keyboard language or language input method in Windows 8

Windows always install default language that, what you made since you were installed on your PC. Then you will need to download for other optional language that you want to add a language on your computer. There are plenty of language in language option and you’ll need to download the language pack if you want to make a language your Windows display language (that’s the language you see most often in Windows and apps) If you have already downloaded language then you can add a language from this step
• Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you’re using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
• Tap or click Time and language, tap or click Region and language, and then tap or click Add a language.
• Browse for the language you want, and then tap or click it to add it to your language list.
After doing this things Now you are able to pick your language from your computer’s language list. To Choose a language follow the step below

After all that i would suggest you to learn or remember how to switch between keyboard or input methods. When you add a language to your language list, a keyboard or input method is also added so you can type in that language. You can type with any of the keyboards you’ve added by switching between input methods. Follow the step below to switch between keyboards or input methods.
• On a standard keyboard, press the Windows logo key Windows key + Spacebar.
• On a touchscreen, tap or click the touch keyboard icon Taskbar touch keyboard iconon the desktop taskbar, tap or click the language abbreviation, and then tap or click the keyboard you want to switch to.
Changed will appear on the desktop taskbar, located in right bottom side of taskbar there is an language input option.
